This is the cleanest hostel I have ever been to and the people there are truly helpful! Definitely will come back

- the location is not in the centre but it has a lot of bus stops to access public transport - it was very quiet - turkish man who works there was really helpful, changed the room per my request, etc.

レストランに併設されたホステルで、入口は裏口にある。<br/>階段を登り扉の前に来ると閉まっている。<br/>レストランに戻り、ホステル受付をお願いすると、担当に連絡するとのこと。<br/>しかし待っても反応なく、ガラスドアを覗くとスタッフは見当たらず、宿泊者がいたので開けてもらう。<br/>しかしレセプションは空でスタッフは常駐していないので、先ほどの宿泊者に連絡をとってもらうが、うまくいかない。<br/>そのためメッセージで対応お願いすると5分待ってとのことだが、結局20分後にスタッフは到着。<br/>予約後に受け取ったメッセージでRON10が別途税金が発生という旨があり、そちらを現金のみで請求された。<br/>支払い後、wappを登録を促され、そこに扉の解錠コードを受信。<br/>ベッド案内まで到着してから実に30分以上かかった。<br/>まず問題なのは、スタッフが常駐していないのであれば、事前に扉解錠コードを知らせておくべき。そうしないと外で待つはめになる。<br/>そして別途請求の税金について、airbnbの予約画面には一切表記がない。<br/>予約後にメッセージで初めて知らされるが、既にキャンセル対象で後戻りできない。<br/>airbnb規約を確認すると、記載のない請求は認められていないということで、サポートに連絡し今回はその分を返金いただいた。<br/>スタッフ不在の体制であればセルフチェックインの導入、不記載の別料金請求の2点についてはサポートに改善をお願いしたため、今後は変更される可能性はあります。<br/>施設については新しく全て清潔、ベッドにカーテン付き、早いwifiなど快適であった。<br/>ただ、冷暖房器があるが稼働するのは夜中だけで、窓もないため昼間は特に蒸し暑さを感じた。

Very clean and comfortable beds. All other facilities are also very well maintained. The dorms were air conditioned and they clean it every day. The place is also very convient if you are planning to use public transport

I had a great experience at this hostel! Ismail was very attentive from the very beginning and helped me with all my questions. The hostel was very clean and comfortable, and the showers were amazing. The only thing was that I thought there would be AC ​​in the room, but there wasn't (it was incredibly hot), but they provided a fantastic fan, and that solved everything. It's very well located! I stayed here for 7 nights and I had truly a wonderful experience. Everything was great! The hostel is in a safe and good area, surrounded by great restaurants and cafes with patios, close to the metro station, bus and tramway. The front desk was absolutely fantastic and very helpful. Will definitely return!
